Is SprayOnSalt free?

Yes, there are no charges of any sort.

Can I change the link/text/background color in the Saltbox I put on my Web page?

Yes. In the code snippet you pasted into your page, there are several variables you can use to customize the colors, quantity, and format of the links your users see. Experiment to see what works best for you.

Can I show people my salted links without putting the Saltbox on my page?

Yes, just distribute the link to your Personal Page (once you have created an account you can find this link in the "Spread Salt" box on the right of the page) so users can come to SprayOnSalt and see just the links you have added.

Can other people see my email address?

No, SprayOnSalt uses unique random keys to hide your personal information from others. Even if people can see the links you have salted or add you to their friends list, your email address will remain hidden.

Will you spam me or sell my personal information?

Absolutely not. We hate spam too and we won't subject you to any.

Will the Salt It bookmarklet work in Konqueror/Linx/etc.?

It depends on how your browser handles javascript in bookmarks. One of the two options available may work just fine, but we are only concentrating on the major browsers fight now: Firefox, IE, Safari, and Opera.
